Assessment: 
Cognitive/Personality assessments offered for baseline level of functioning as a proactive step for aging well.
Due to the time it takes to complete a thorough assessment, Dr. Amber only schedules approximately (4) per year at this time. $3000 (includes the WAIS V and MMPI)
